A little about me

I’m Mandy Bach, founder of KLARHEIT. I’m a Certified Professional Coach trained through iPEC, with a master’s degree in education, formal training in hospitality, and experience in people development and community leadership.

My work begins with creating space for you to show up exactly as you are. A space where you feel heard, can explore yourself openly, and have room to understand what is asking for your attention.

This work matters to me because I know what it feels like to reach a point where the life you’ve built no longer feels fully aligned with who you are or what you want next.

You don’t need to have the answers or hold everything together. This is a space to consider new possibilities, connect with what feels right for you, and decide how you want to move forward.
